Miss Vargas Patricia Zavala is one of my three picks for the top ten of Miss Venezuela 2009 that didn't make the cut(along with Andrea Veiga of Nueva Esparta and Maria Jose Gonzalez of Carabobo). She was one of the five finalists for best face though along with Andrea Veiga of Nueva Esparta, Andreina Castro of Aragua, Marelisa Gibson of Miranda and Adriana Vasini of Zulia. She also won Miss Congeniality and looks exactly like a younger Jeri Ryan to me.
