Andrea Veiga didn't make it to the top ten of Miss Venezuela 2009 but she was among the five finalists for the best face subcontest. Something tells me the Miss Venezuela organization increases the heights of the contestants at least two inches. The "5'8" ones look like they are 5'6 and Andrea doesn't look 5'11.5.
