The winner of Miss Venezuela 2009 is also the winner of the "best face" subcontest where Andrea Veiga was a finalist. I would have picked Miss Trujillo Elizabeth Mosquera for best face but she had her dark skin working against her(this is venezuela after all ;). She's not Stefania Fernandez but still a very pretty girl and a deserving Miss Venezuela.
