Perla Beltran

Mexico has been sending amazing girls this decade, possibly before too but I wouldn't know. Perla Beltran is beautiful but sometimes I wonder if she is one of the "just the eyes" girls. I do prefer her with less eye makeup and I hope that she lessens it during Miss World. She was a runnerup in Miss Sinaloa 2008 to Laura Zuniga but at the national pageant she placed higher than Laura who was the runner up(later dethroned :( )
