Paulina Cabrera Balderas did not win Miss Queretaro 2009 but she was hand picked for Miss Mexico and placed higher than the winner of Miss Queretaro 2009. I love it when that happens. That's the best thing about the Miss Mexico pageant since less girls are "wasted" that way. She also won "Miss Sport" at the Nuestra Belleza Mexico(Miss Mexico) 2009 pageant.
