Miss Venezuela 2009 just happened and Miss Amazonas Jessica Guillen was in the top 10. I think she looks so much better natural. The strong(and dated) makeup used in the Miss Venezuela makes many girls look like dolls but some beautiful girls look trannylicious with all the paint on their face.
