Why? Rozanne Purcell, the first runner up of Miss Ireland 2009 was definitely the face of the pageant. With her big blue eyes and her full lips she fits the beauty ideal that is popular these days courtesy of Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie, Adriana Lima etc. I think she looks best when her face is scrubbed clean but unfortunately during the Miss Ireland finale she had enough makeup on for 10 girls. She doesn't even need a speck though which is the most frustrating part. The good news is she is going to represent Ireland in Miss Europe 2009 so she isn't entirely wasted.
After her Miss Europe stint I see her achieving success as a glamour model as she is a bombshell! It's girls like this that are affected by the sash factor as they don't get trained like the other nations. (Japan for example sends extremely polished girls adorned in the latest designer wear).
