She is a Filipino-German nurse and model, who appeared in a number of TV ads (most notably Palmolive shampoo commercial with Judy Ann Santos) and walked the fashion runways on different occasions.She speaks four languages: English, French, German and Tagalog.In 1998, she was Philippines' representative in the Elite International Model Search in France.On FHM Philippines' October 2007 issue, Sandra was one of the featured babes.
She was disqualified from this year’s Bb. Pilipinas pageant just days before coronation night after pageant officials belatedly found out about some racy photos of her, published in FHM Magazine. She is obviously a favorite having won "Best in Swimsuit", "Best in Cultural Attire", "Gandang Ricky Reyes Awardee" and "Miss RCBC-e-Woman".
