She was in the top ten at Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2005 the year Daniela Cosio competed and Priscila Perales, the future Miss International won. She was slated to take part in Miss Earth Mexico 2008 but withdrew because of lack of professionalism on the part of the organizers.
